RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At ToySpace, we want you and your little ones to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
1. Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused, in its original packaging and with a receipt.
If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit or an exchange (proof of purchase required).
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective toy, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the issue.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Clearance or sale items
Personalised or customized toys
Opened board games, puzzles, or collectibles (unless defective)
